Someone sent me this as just a random video on youtube that was funny, but I couldn’t help but think of the bigger issue behind the concept.
To those who can’t or don’t care to watch it, here is the story:
- Man comes back from club
- The girlfriend has been sent pictures of her boyfriend talking to another women by her best friend
- In order to dispel her suspicions … she demands her boyfriend to drop his pants and let her smell his dick (operating under the premise it still smells like pussy)
Generally speaking its a bootlegg music video and the general ignorance of the song is the reason I weep for hip hop (although I am still a Webbie fan), but there is a significantly more important question it made me thinkg about …
Does his refusal to let her smell her dick imply that he was guilty?
Generalized further …
Is the defense of “you should trust me” and “I’m mad you asked me that” a valid defense, or does this just mean your guilty?
I’d answer the question … but honestly … I’m not sure
I have admitted my love for Jia of Jia TV a long time ago, but I figured I would share a video that I thought was funny … in order to keep things light and show that its not always serious with me.
Honestly … if I was given the offer … I would take it without much hesitation. I’m not lazy, but damn if the extra money and good p*ssy wouldn’t help keep me from losing my sanity.
Its sad, but I have a lot of friends who walk around and say “did you see that girl looking at me?! I could have got that number” or sometimes I’m on the metro and I see a guy who has some girl practically pinned to the wall trying to talk to her (as she looks mortified) with nowhere to go … ignoring the fact that she doesn’t like him. Or what about when I’m in the club, and I watch a guy get turned down 5 times by the same woman in 10 minutes.
What makes some of us think we can approach any woman and just never get turned down? Where did this arrogance come from?
GurlTalkk, who feels like a brother by another mother, has some interesting points on the matter. I’m not gonna talk your head off … check the video …
BTW … only a special kind of guy almost never gets turned down … but for most of you … your not him.
I’m a real big fan of Jia TV, a video blog by a cute(I think she’s sexy), funny, ATLien about love, life, porn, and a bunch of other random stuff. This is one of my favorite posts. She lays out some of the clear cut signs that you are just a jumpoff. For those who don’t know … a jumpoff aka cut buddy aka chick I’m f*cking … is someone you have a sex only relationship with. Its not the same as a friends with benefits … because you actual care about this “friend” and they can actually call you for non-sex topics. The jumpoff has one purpose … thats it!
There are several reasons why I want everyone to take the 5 minutes and watch this video, but really, just watch it.
Its a rap video (by an “ignorant” southern rapper at that) which has no bouncing asses and women in situations of power and respect.
It actually depicts a female president … and its a Rap video!!!
I am a big Webbie fan. From his first CD, he is possibly the most misogynistic rapper in existence. For him to do this song, and then the video which is even more empowering … I’m shocked.
I have already admitted my love for independent women, so I love this video and this song. I don’t feel like this is going to motivate any of the bucket heads to go get their own, but hey … I can hope.
